Logline
An unlabelled glass serum bottle stands on a wet slab of black basalt, lit by a single hard strobe that throws a golden caustic through the liquid onto the stone.
Subject
A 30ml bottle in clear glass with a frosted lower half, filled with amber serum, a black rubber dropper bulb and a matte gold collar. The label area is blank. Droplets bead on the glass shoulder.
Props
One fresh sprig of rosemary lying behind the bottle and a single drop of serum on the stone in front of it. Nothing else.
Set
A honed black basalt slab with standing water and scattered droplets, shot against a seamless black background so the frame falls off to pure dark above the stone.
Light
One bare Profoto strobe with a 10 degree grid from high camera left, hard and crisp, landing on the bottle and the slab. The liquid throws an amber caustic across the wet stone to the right. A black flag at camera right keeps that side dark. A thin white strip light behind the bottle draws a clean edge down its right side.
Lens
